Supplier Link provides your supplier with an on-line Web-accessed hub that connects to
real-time order shipment information and enables generation of ASNs, UCC labels and necessary
packing slips. This on-line interface dramatically streamlines the warehouse receiving
process and reduces labor costs.
With Supplier Link, the entire receiving process immediately becomes more efficient. Cartons
can be received using both RF-enabled and conveyor scanning devices without creating
bottlenecks that occur during the receiving process.
The system proactively notifies the supplier of product shipment requirements and sends an
ASN to the relevant warehouse management system when the supplier indicates a product is
ready for pick-up or has been shipped. The system can also be used to create mixed-SKU
cartons, associate multiple POs to outbound shipment, create a simple Bill of Lading, and
create and print standard shipping documents, such as pick and pack lists.
Additionally, Supplier Link provides your supply chain staff with an interface that enables
them to check the real-time status of supplier event history of preparing order for shipment,
receive automatic notification of exceptions, and support overage and shortage control at
supplier and item level.
