Installation
& Data Conversion Services
Software installations can cause considerable stress for
IT and operations managers. That’s why we offer CatalystConnect
DataFlow – comprehensive pre-install services that
leave nothing to chance in fully preparing customers to
“go live.”
All Things Considered
Catalyst consultants carefully review with the customer
all factors that may affect the success of the project.
First, we conduct a site survey to make sure the customer’s
facility is physically ready for the hardware. We then
recommend improvements as needed regarding the power supply,
cabling, etc. Our Enabling
Technology Group works with the Catalyst and customer
project teams to review the hardware and, if needed, coordinate
purchase, delivery and set-up of servers, mobile computing
devices and printers. Catalyst also will convert any legacy
data into a format usable by our WMS system or any of
its modules.
For some customers, Catalyst will do the entire installation,
including configuration of the mobile computing infrastructure.
For customers with sophisticated IT staffs, Catalyst will
train these personnel on the installation process for
all products purchased. In all cases, we make sure everything
gets done right the first time – which is a big reason
why Catalyst has set the industry’s benchmark for
completing installations on average within 2% of the time
quoted to customers. |
